DeepTranslate received the 25th Innovative Entrepreneur Awards Programme rendered by Junior Chamber International City (JCI City).
Mr. Colin Hong, one of the co-founders of DeepTranslate, attended the awards ceremony of Innovative Entrepreneur Awards Programme, extending gratitude to JCI City and all related parties as well as introducing the background of DeepTranslate.
Highlights of the Awards Ceremony
DeepTranslate applies Artificial Intelligence (AI) to translation for a niche market related to Hong Kong’s financial sector. In particular, the project focused on the R&D area of both English-to-Chinese and Chinese-to-English AI translation of documents submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE) when companies seek a listing on the HKSE (“listing documents”) and documents such as annual reports, interim reports, circulars, and announcements (“post-listing documents”), which are released by the company after its listing.

The purpose of Innovative Entrepreneur Awards Programme is to encourage innovative startups by recognizing the awardees for their professionalism and innovativeness; to support business owners to survive through difficult times through experience sharing from successful entrepreneurs; and to award and promote the innovative entreprenuer, while to inspire and educate the future business founders. In result of a sustainable, healthy and innovative business ecosystem to be formed.
